Once information is received, we will create a new account for you. You will get an email saying your account has been approved. Your assigned account name will act as your temporary password.

Please change your password to something that makes sense to the department (not your own personal favorite). You can share the account with others in your department that you authorize to use for print requests.

Due to the high volume of requests that the office receives, please allow two weeks for turnaround of photography and press coverage, graphic design, and other publicity services. The office is not able to accommodate requests made the same day of an event, activity, etc. Thank you.
