Withdrawing from Classes

To withdraw from classes, click on the box located in the top right-hand corner labeled Withdrawal Form and your request will be processed.


Withdrawal Deadlines

The last day to Withdraw from a regular start course (beginning Aug 26) is Friday, November 12, 2021.

If you wish to withdraw from a late start course (beginning Sept 9) the last day to withdraw is Thursday, November 18, 2021.

The deadline to withdraw from courses starting in the second 7 weeks (beginning Oct 25) is Friday, December 3, 2021.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new extended drop and refund policy there will be no late withdrawals. 


Graduation Application

The Fall 2021 graduation application is now available, if you will be completing all degree requirements by the end of the Fall 2021 semester you are eligible to apply. 

The Spring 2022 graduation application will be available online on Friday, December 3, 2021.


Register Online

  • By registering online you can select the courses you wish to register on your own.  Picking courses can be easy by following your Degree Works audit.  The following video tutorials teach you how to register step by step.
  • This is a great option for Continuing, Transfer, & Readmit Students.


Fall 2021 Course Format/Modalities

Most classes are offered in a virtual format. Learn more out more about course modalities here.


  • Fully online courses are asynchronous. You take classes at your convenience via Blackboard.
  • LRON course are synchronous meaning classes meet at the same time each week virtually via WebEx or Blackboard.
  • Hybird and a few traditional course will still be held.

Change of Curriculum

  • The change of curriculum form is available below. Change of Curriculum will be processed for the Spring 2022 semester only.  Change of Curriculum’s are processed from November 2, 2021 until Wednesday, February 9, 2022.
  • If you have any questions regarding your curriculum, please contact your Program Coordinator or the Office of Student Success with questions you have about degree requirements.

  • Enrollment Verifications can be obtained via www.mycommnet.edu.   
  • Please log into your account 
  • Select Banner Student & Faculty Self Service 
  • Under Student Records select Enrollment Verifications.
