Mastering Project Management with PMP® Prep

This program presents material sequentially as it will likely occur in actual projects. You’ll gain a better understanding of how to apply project management concepts and the variations between them. Key and critical topics are explored in-depth as is appropriate for an intermediate, advanced level understanding. You will learn about project selection, developing project strategies, creating a schedule model, forecasting, project recovery, and more. This program is offered online and you may enroll at any time. Upon registration, you will have 6 months to complete the 70 hours of training required.
