A brave and talented group of students from Professor Luglio and Professor Louise Brown's Entrepreneurship classes attended  the recent Business Elevator Pitch Competition held on November 9 at the University of Bridgeport. There were about 20 competitors from community colleges around the state.

Participants were expected to pitch and summarize the key points of their businesses in an engaging sixty-second presentation to a panel of judges from the University, including the Dean of the School of Business.  Students then fielded detailed questions about their businesses.

Gateway Community College students stood out in the competition with the following winners:Gateway-Pitch-Winners-2016.jpg
